The Leah Hoover Memorial Ride is in memory of Leah Hoover, 20, who died in a house fire. It will be held on Sunday, August 1, 2010 in Martinsburg, PA starting and ending at Morrisons Cove Memorial Park at 201 South Walnut Street. Registration will be from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Sunday, August 1st. The funds raised go toward safety-related tools for our local fire and police departments. The prices of $20 for the driver and $15 for the passenger include meal, dice rolls, and door prize ticket. Free T-shirts will be given as available. The ride will be followed by a meal, motorcycle games, and door prizes at the park’s pavilion.
