The walk is a city walk covering part of Northern Michigan University, a historic residential area, the Lake Superior shoreline, the tomb of Bishop Baraga, and the historic courthouse where - The Anatomy of a Murder - was filmed. The walk is almost entirely on sidewalk or paved bike path.
