There’s a gold rush headed for the Upper Peninsula this fall – an Olympic gold rush, that is. To get to the Winter Olympic Games that will take place in Vancouver, B.C. in February, the world’s best short-track athletes must skate through Marquette. The Berry Events Center, located on the campus of Northern Michigan University, is the site of 2010 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – final pre-Olympic Games ISU World Cup, Nov. 12-15. The Berry was the site for a 2003 World Cup event and the 2006 Olympic Trials and enjoy sold-out and nearly sold-out crowds each night. Get your tickets early and receive a 25% discount. Advanced ticket rates are available through Aug. 1 for the Olympic Trials and through Oct. 1 for the World Cup. All-event passes, single-day passes, combo event passes, group rates and VIP packages are available.
