Description
The beauty of learning how to relax is that you cannot be tense/stressed/freaking out when you are relaxing. Deep muscle relaxation is a progressive exercise--you will learn how to relax every part of your body, one part at a time. Once mastered, you will be able to quickly relax when you need to...right before an exam, as you warm up for a performance or game, before a presentation, when you can't fall asleep at night, etc. Bring a pillow and be prepared to lay down on the floor and relax! Learn this skill in time for finals.
