Description: The 46th Annual Marina del Rey Holiday Boat Parade with dozens of beautifully decorated boats circling the main channel competing for major prize packages and a chance to judge Tokyo Bay Japan’s Illuminated Boat Parade & Contest. Best viewing spots are Fisherman’s Village at 13755 Fiji Way and Burton Chace Park at 13650 Mindanao Way. Boat Parade preceded by a spectacular fireworks show at 5:55 pm. Grand Marshal is Santa Claus and the theme for the 2008 Boat Parade is Santa Claus is Coming to Town.
