Americas Best Idea - the national parks - gets even better this summer...its free The National Park Service announces three summer weekends when entrance fees to all 391 national parks will be waived. Were inviting you to come by for a visit, to relax, to learn a little bit about this great nation and to just have some fun. Tough economic times call for economical fun, and you cant beat Americas 391 national parks for family time, fresh air, and opportunities to learn about our great country.

Rio Grande Wild & Scenic River
The Rio Grande flows from its headwaters in the San Juan Mountains of southern Colorado for 1,865 miles to the Gulf of Mexico near Brownsville, Texas. For 1,250 miles, the Rio Grande is the boundary between the United States and Mexico. In a remote stretch in west Texas, the river makes a curve to the northeast to form the big bend.
