FOR WOMEN ONLY - Maplewood Weight Management Support Group March Meetup

Welcome to FOR WOMEN ONLY: a warm and welcoming group of women who together want to help each other succeed. When women get together, they talk, share and care. This is NOT a therapy group, I am not a therapist, I am a health and wellnesss coach with over 25 years experience in helping people achieve their goals. Make new friends, perhaps find a buddy to exercise with you, maybe someone to call when you feel like you need to talk instead of eating something you don't really want. This is a support group for ONLY for women, because we are different than men when it comes to our bodies and how we approach weight loss. Have you spent a fortune on promises and products, only to be disappointed? Weight management is a little about food and A LOT about everything else that goes on in our lives. Join us to learn why. Register for 10 sessions (good for three months) and pay $150 or just one session (drop-in) for $25. The group will meet twice a week, Mondays at 5:45 pm and then again on Friday's at 9:30 am for one hour each day. You can come as often or a little as you please until you use your ten sessions.
