Incognito will be playing at Fat Daddy's in Mansfield to help us celebrate and get 2010 off to a great start. Shirley has reserved the PRIVATE PARTY ROOM next to the dance floor and will have more details soon, so mark your calendars and you don't want to miss out on the best New Year's Eve party in town. Incognito is a locally based band that specializes in playing rock songs. In fact, that's all they play. So if you have not heard any of those great 70s rock songs that we all enjoy, come on out and hear this band! They have a very long playlist that includes songs from artists like AC/DC, Pat Benatar, Aerosmith, The Eagles, Guns & Roses, Heart, No Doubt, Nickelback, Van Halen and many, many more! ***There will be a cover charge of $20 per person (or $15.00 per couple) if you arrive after 8:30. Fat Daddy's will provide party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. La Quinta Inn-Mansfield has offered us a special rate of $79.00 (two double beds or one king size), this includes a free full breakfast (6:30a.m. - 9:30a.m.). They're less than 1 mile from Fat Daddy's at 1503 Breckenridge Road. The deadline to reserve a room is December 24, 2009. To take a taxi to/from the hotel to Fat Daddy's for two people would cost $6.05 each way. The rate is $1.80 per mile plus a pick up fee of $2.25 for one person.
