Event details: superSATURDAY BEACH BOOT CAMP 'BLAST CLASS'
Description
Join us as we get superSTAR FIT this Saturday in our 'Beach Blast Class' - 8:00am - 9:30am in RB!!! This highly dynamic, FUN, beach based total body fitness class will be 90 minutes in duration and focus on cardio conditioning, muscle strength and endurance and flexibility enhancement. Multiple pieces of fitness equipment will be used to include medicine balls, fitness cables and much more! ALL classes will be held in Redondo Beach - Avenue C and Veterans Park locations will be used. If you want to enlist please register online via Paypal or just show up and be ready to train!
