Old Trafford Manchester, also fondly known as ‘The Theatre of Dreams’ is the home ground of the world-famous Manchester United football team. Inaugurated in 1909, Old Trafford Manchester currently boasts an impressive 76,000 person capacity, placing it second only to Wembley in terms of UK football stadiums with the largest capacity.
As well as serving as a football ground, Old Trafford Manchester has played host to a variety of sporting and non-sporting events over the years. Rugby and boxing, TV show filming and concerts have all taken place at Old Trafford Manchester. Indeed, some of the biggest names in music including Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi and Rod Stewart have played Old Trafford concerts. Old Trafford Manchester is also the location for a significant number of weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.
