Description
Kuk Sool in an integrated Martial Art consisting of Strikes, locks, throws & takedowns. The style is based on Hapkido, mixed with Western Boxing and Strong Chinese Martial Arts influence. We incorporate âliveâ drills to bring the student to a functional level relatively quickly. Although the techniques taught are useable in a real fight, practice is geared towards a mind-body discipline rather than just fighting. About the instructor - started martial arts in 1991 with Master Ki-Min ("James") Kim at Seattle Kuk Sool, and has been teaching since 1999. Since no martial art has everything, our group will also be setting up cross training with instructors in Filipino Stick and Knife defense, and Brazilian jujitsu. We are a small private group selective about students. Please contact us for more information.
