Real Estate Principles I
Course description
This course introduces students both to the basic principles that apply to the practice of real estate as a profession and to the new and projected technologies affecting the real estate industry. Completion of this training will satisfy 30 of the 60 required hours in Principles of Real Estate to apply for a real estate license.
Course logistics
Class time will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. for the first two weeks with a final week of Monday, 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. and Wednesday, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
