Los Angeles Convention & Exhibition Center

The LA Convention Center, also known as LACC for short, is one of the nation’s largest convention centers. Located in the southwest district of downtown Los Angeles, the LA Convention Center (LACC) first opened its doors in 1971. The venue would later undergo a major expansion which was finally completed in 1993. Today, the LA Convention Center features 64 meeting rooms, 3 food courts, a concourse, on-site parking, and state-of-the-art fiber optics, power and data/network systems. In addition, the Los Angeles Convention Center also comes equipped with four exhibit halls: South, Kentia, West and Petree. The venue functions to promote the "economic and cultural vitaility" of the city.

The Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) accommodates both local and national events, with a wide range of conferences, expos, contests, exhibitions, tradeshows and more featuring on the LA Convention center schedule each year. The LA Convention Center (LACC) has gained international recognition as the venue for the Primetime Emmy Awards. It is also a popular site for TV show and movie filming.
