If you’re a member of the media and interested in covering the 3D Film & Music Festival, please complete the Media Accreditation Application online here. Media must apply for credentials in advance; it will not be possible to apply for credentials on site. The application will be available until September 20, 2012.
Please note that once the application is completed, an automatic confirmation of receipt will be sent from Eventbrite. Each application will then be reviewed and the media relations team will send a follow-up email within approximately 2-3 business days.

If you're wondering why this summer's movies have felt a little flat, it's not your insightful inner critic rearing its head—it's because the screen literally has only two dimensions. Make up for the lack of depth—and see the movie world through a new lens—with this blockbuster Adventure: a three-day 3D Film Festival featuring an awesome line-up of 3D movies, celebrity judges, panels, and parties.
We'll meet at Regal Cinemas 14 at L.A. LIVE on September 20, where our bespectacled brigade will be waiting to greet us and check us in. Choose a single-day general admission pass or a general admission pass for the entire festival and enjoy first come, first served seating for all screenings, plus entry to all the great parties. We'll also have access to the theatre's LivingSocial 3D Lounge, where we can get festival maps, chill with friends, or watch movies and play video games (open all three days). Finally, we'll have open seating for the event's gala celebration at Club Nokia, with live music and an one-hour open bar on Thursday only.
Or, give the experience a seriously classy dimension and grab a VIP single-day or VIP festival pass for priority seating for screenings and panels, access to a 3D VIP Lounge at the Ritz Carlton with an open bar from 4 to 6 p.m. all three days, and priority seating and a two-hour open bar at Thursday's opening gala. VIP festival pass holders will also receive a pair of designer 3D glasses, and all guests (general admission and VIP) will be entered to win a 55-inch 3D TV from LG Electronics.
Over the course of the three-day festival, we'll go deep into the world of 3D film, television, gaming, and live events, starting with advance sneak preview trailers and clips provided by major Hollywood Studios such as Dreamworks Animation (Rise of the Guardians), Open Road Films (Silent Hill 3D), Sony Pictures Animation (Hotel Transylvania), Lionsgate (Dredd), Warner Brothers (The Great Gatsby), Fox 2000 (Life of Pi), The Weinstein Company (P3DD), and more.
On opening night, the festival will feature the World Premiere of Experience Montreux 3D featuring a never-before-seen look into behind the scenes of the world-famous Montreux Jazz Festival, which includes special appearances and performances by Quincy Jones and the Global Gumbo All Stars, Herbie Hancock and the Imagine Project, Massive Attack, Mumford & Sons, and many other music artists from around the world.
This Adventure's got the first three dimensions covered—you'll take care of the fourth by having the time of your life.
