Advisory Board Member, Broads Circle

Fay is an engaged member of the governance communities of Web 2.0 (Linked In, Twitter & Facebook) and a regular attendee at governance education. She holds the Director Professional Governance Fellow 2011 certificate from NACD.

Fay Feeney founded Risk for Good in 2010 to consult with corporate board chairs to thrive in a digital world. These boardrooms are being informed of the future in real time. Rochelle Moulton
CEO, Rochelle Moulton & Team, Inc.

Be unforgettable. That's Rochelle Moulton's mantra for her clients-consultants, executives and published authors with big ideas they want to propel to a larger audience. Her forte? Building brands for top professionals to expand their reach, influence and revenue.

She kicked off her career guiding Fortune 500 clients through gut-wrenching mergers and spin-offs. Working the front lines with transitional leaders-who had their character tested daily-was her petrie dish for communicating big ideas to skeptics.

Consulting and leadership posts with three global giants-Towers Perrin, Arthur Andersen and Spherion-taught her big-firm savvy. She earned her first entrepreneurial stripe co-founding the mold-breaking (and frequently profiled) Qwest Consultants. Over six years, she built it into a niche business beloved by its followers and sold it to a global powerhouse.

Today, she runs her communications firm, which includes a virtual creative and media team cherry-picked from the best of the ad and entertainment worlds. They develop sales, marketing and media strategies; write and produce brand-building collateral; and run social and traditional media B2B campaigns.

Her left and right brains are fully represented: an M.B.A in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a regular diet of art, theatre and design, including serving on the Board of Directors of The Joffrey Ballet.

She is thrilled to have escaped Chicago winters and makes her home in Marina del Rey with her newlywed husband.
