Description
The idea of the So-Ham originates from Yoga, but it comes to deal with the mental state. It is Mental Yoga.
This unique technique combines Movement, Awareness and Statement – to create a whole practice that leads to transformation, growth and balance.
The practice includes 3 sets of simple movements that can be performed by anyone, anywhere and at any time. The movements are accompanied by statements and affirmations. Each movement represents a certain mental aspect.
The entire practice takes only 7 minutes a day, but the effect of it remains for a long time.
In today’s world, people have to deal with a lot of stress, pressure and worries. The So-Ham exercises are the answer to those needs. A practice of 7 minutes that leaves you fresh and calm and helps you to overcome any obstacle that may come on your way.
