We will be back to our usual format in January and, as promised, I plan on making my best effort to reduce the number of articles that we review in the months ahead. For those who haven't had a chance to attend a meeting yet, we look forward to seeing you soon, as we would greatly value your attendance and input. Also, please feel free to bring any topics, questions, thoughts or opportunities you have or are considering that you would like to discuss with the group, as we will continue with our informal roundtable format. Please take the elevator up to the 3rd Floor lobby. Once you exit the elevator you will see the conference room straight ahead to the left side, which is where we will be meeting. **PARKING WARNING** PLEASE DO NOT park in the building's parking lot, as all of the spots are reserved and you will risk being towed. There should be plenty of street parking in front of the building, as well as on the side streets. IF YOU ARRIVE TO THE MEETUP AND THE FRONT DOORS OF THE BUILDING ARE LOCKED then please call my cell phone (310-922-4573) and I will come down to let you in. **METERED PARKING WARNING** PLEASE NOTE that the parking spots on Santa Monica Blvd now include metered spots via pay stations UNTIL 8:00 PM that are NOT easy to see. Most members have not noticed the pay stations, as they are fairly new and there is no signage. IF YOU PARK ON SANTA MONICA BLVD THEN PLEASE BE SURE TO PAY FOR YOUR METERED PARKING UNTIL 8:00 PM. AGENDA 7:00-9:00 PM - GENERAL DISCUSSION - We will continue our informal round table discussion format, with a focus on networking and high-level discussions regarding real estate, the economy, stocks, and other investment opportunities that people are currently involved in or considering. I will also continue to bring copies of 20-30 interesting articles that are relevant to these topics.
