Southern California based OPM (On the highly influential underground label Suburban Noize Records.) is back and releasing a New Album entitled "Golden State Of Mind" which drops on Sept 2, 2008. Golden State Of Mind will be OPM's fourth full length album and is by far the most raw and live-sounding of them all.
