Stroller Strides- Moving Indoors!!! Twin Peaks Mall- 9am

Come experience a great workout for moms and a fun time for kids! Stroller Strides is the country's largest fitness program for new moms. Classes offer a stroller workout that combines power walking/running and intervals of body toning using the stroller, the environment and exercise tubing. It's a great way to get in shape, meet other new moms and have fun with your baby. The Twin Peaks Mall is our winter location and it is a great place for class. Not only are there tons of benches for the ever popular step ups, there are also courtyards for a wonderful chorus of Wheels on the Bus with arm circles! So pack up the kids, leave the winter coats in the closet and head to the mall. We can even have playtime after class. The Twin Peaks Mall is located at 1250 S Hover Rd. Enter through the Country Buffet entrance and we meet at the food court area at 9:00. We start class at 9:10 so get there on time so we don't leave you behind! So come and join the fun!
