Specially designed for pre-natal and postpartum fitness - your best body, from pregnancy to parenthood! Join us at Whaley Park in Long Beach, and make your post-baby body outshine your pre-baby one while having a blast... Class format includes 30-minute full-body cardio and strength training, 30-minute focused CORE conditioning (integrating yoga, pilates, and C.H.E.K. techniques), and optional 30-minute playdate. Your first class is FREE - just come a few minutes early with your completed registration packet and we'll get you all set up for class. What to bring:  yoga-type mat or beach towel  water  all-purpose or jogging stroller for baby/toddler  5-lb dumbbells if you have them (we have extras if you need to borrow some for your first class)  completed registration packet  a great attitude! Park on San Anseline (adjacent the park) and look for our signs - we'll be near the cement picnic table. (Please note: the map shows Whaley Park only on the south side of the street, but we meet on the north side next to the neighborhood.)
