If there is one event that any member should attend it's the Annual Holiday Party. It is open to all members and thier kids. It's a great event to socialize with other parents, let the kids play, eat and generally have a great time. We had over 60 people at last years party and we plan for this year to be even bigger and better. ***Due to facility size we can only have a total of 100 members & kids at this event.*** The party details are still being planned out but we will be having a traditional Potluck for sides, desserts and beverages only. We will also be planning activites/crafts for the kids to keep everyone busy and having fun. (I will update more as we plan the event out in the coming weeks.) The cost for this event is $20 per adult and $7 per child. This to cover the costs of the facility, the main entrees, decorations, activities/crafts and anything else needed to make this party fun for all. Due to the costs to hold this event we are requiring pre-payment to RSVP. I recommend to pay early as we only have 98 more spots available and they will fill fast.
