The Great Sand Sculpture Contest
Sand sculptures, grand prizes, food and drink vendors, live music, parties… what better way to spend a beautiful summer weekend than the 80th Annual Great Sand Sculpture Contest? This event is a two day festival celebrating the community while working together to make Long Beach a better place.
Put on by Rotaract Long Beach and Alfredos Beach Shack, this years competition brings together professional sculptors and community teams to raise money for LINC Housing, a community nonprofit organization that builds, owns and operates affordable housing for seniors and families throughout California.
Come out to the 80th annual Great Sand Sculpture Contest to show off your sand sculpting skills, enjoy a day at the beach with the family and support an invaluable cause in our community.

Team Registration:
Register a community team for FREE and compete in this years competition! Corporate teams will be $100 entry fee for participation.

With Rotaract Long Beach, we are always looking for additional assistance in planning and creating the Sand Sculpture Contest. If you are interesting in helping prior to the event or the day of, contact gssc@rotaractlb.orgration highlighting what makes Long Beach great.
