Anybody can participate in Commitment Day. It’s not a race. It’s a movement. We invite you to join in. Inspire those around you. Be the ringleader. Make it a family event. Walk with your book club. Trot with your neighbors. Commitment Day is about taking the first step. Let’s get moving. The first day of 2013 will be one to remember. On January 1, 2013, hundreds of thousands of Americans will kick off the New Year by participating in a simultaneous 5K-run/walk event spanning 35 cities. In Los Angeles, thousands of people will set out to do a 5K and end up starting a movement.
Participants receive a Limited Edition Commitment Day T-shirt and a 2013 Commemorative Commitment Journal.
Registrants will also receive a FREE Life Time Run Group Training Program to prepare you for the Commitment Day 5k.
