For over two decades BIS has provided the only regional B2B trade show for residential builders, contractors, engineers and architects. We have experienced phenomenal growth over that time, each year building on the last to provide an effective results driven show floor and specially designed networking opportunities to put our exhibitors face to face with potential buyers. Each year over 50% of our attendees are residential home builders and of that number over 50% are top CEOs, presidents and decision makers. With numbers like that, our exhibitors always make the connections necessary to prosper! This is the official show of the Building Industry Association of Southern California. The Building Industry Association of Southern California, Inc. (BIA/SC) is a nonprofit trade association representing 2,400 member companies employing over 200,000 persons who are engaged in all aspects of building homes and communities throughout Southern California.
