Join us for our sunrise class at Recreation Park in Long Beach! We've got a creative mix of cardio, strength and core training to start your day - and week - off right! Your first class is FREE - just come a few minutes early with your completed registration packet and we'll get you all set up for class. What to bring:  yoga-type mat or beach towel  water  5-lb dumbbells if you have them (we have extras if you need to borrow some for your first class)  completed registration packet  a great attitude! Park on Federation Drive (which cuts through the park) and look for our signs - we'll be near the playground.
