Join us for our sunrise class atop Signal Hill! Conquer the hill (before you conquer your day) and have a blast doing it... We've got a creative mix of cardio, strength and core training to start your day - and weekend - off right! Your first class is FREE - just come a few minutes early with your completed registration packet and we'll get you all set up for class. What to bring:  yoga-type mat or beach towel  water  5-lb dumbbells if you have them (we have extras if you need to borrow some for your first class)  completed registration packet  a great attitude! Park on Hill St. just before Obsipo (you'll see the hill before you) and meet us at the intersection of Hill St. and Obsipo.
