14-16 years must be accompanied by an adult and may be asked for proof of age and ID. No proof, no entry.
Club nights are strictly over 18's only.
Disabled customers can buy their tickets from any of the usual outlets and do not have to explain their disability. Wheelchair users do not need to contact the venue in advance, your assistant will be admitted free on arrival with you. If you have a non-visible disability and need to bring an assistant, please call 0207 284 1001. For information about disabled facilities or access at the venue call 0207 284 1001.
Tickets can be purchased in person at the box office at the Forum. The Box Office is open on show days from 5pm to approximately 9pm. The Forum Box Office is not open on days when there is no performance at the venue.
