Paintball... Be a Hero! (22.11.)

Not really (honestly!). We suggest that everyone wears baggy trousers or jeans and when you're wearing you overalls, a hit from a paintball really isn't that painful, besides the adrenaline takes care of it anyway (chest and back protectors to the women can be provided on demand). Most people would liken the average hit from a paintball marker to a firm flick on the skin. What to take with you Cash for paintballs (1 paintball = 6p or 5p in a bulk, you will need approximately 300 - 600 paintballs for a day = £18 - £36) and your lunch if not eating in the Paintball canteen. A pair of comfortable shoes; trainers are good but boots with ankle support are better. Overalls will be provided but bring a few layers of clothing (Just in case you get dirty and want to change later on in the day before you go home). Don’t worry if you get any paint on your clothes as it washes out easily! Showers can be used in the centre therefore feel free to bring a change of clothes and a towel.
