Description
Greville Janner, Lord Janner of Braunstone, Q.C. has been a member of the British Parliament for 35 years. He was raised to the House of Lords as Lord Janner of Braunstone in 1997. He is also the President of the All-Party Parliamentary Group against Antisemitism.
He is currently vice-president of the World Jewish Congress and President of the Commonwealth Jewish Council. He is the Chairman of the Holocaust Educational Trust.
Lord Janner is the Joint founder and co-President of the Political Council for Coexistence, a project established in 2005 seeking to further Muslim-Jewish relations and efforts to combat prejudice against the two faith communities.
He is the author of over 60 books mainly on employment and industrial relations law, presentational skills and public speaking.
