Last year marked Joe's 50th year as a professional entertainer and he is undoubtedly one of this country's best loved, enduring, and most acclaimed musicians. Joe, along with his long serving band and newest band member record producing son Pete is back at this theatre by popular demand in another two-hour musical celebration.
This country's premier Rock & Roll legend Joe Brown comes to us fresh from the best year of his illustrious career. His 50th Anniversary Spring & Autumn tours were complete sell outs at every venue. He also achieved a Gold Record for 100,000 sales of his 50th Anniversary Very Best Of album which was on the UK charts for 8 weeks staying 4 weeks in the top 20 and in September sold out The Royal Albert Hall with his 50th Anniversary Celebration Concert. And a new album More Of The Truth was released
You may have seen Joe lately on TV with his band on Later With Jools Holland or at the cinema playing his part closing the show at the Royal Albert Hall in the Concert For George Harrison, been there to witness him playing his critically acclaimed set at Glastonbury Festival or heard his album Down To Earth featured heavily on BBC Radio 2 with Joe doing sessions for Jools Holland, Johnny Walker, Janice Long or Mark Lammarr programmes.
Now this is your chance to see one of the all time great talents live. Joe with his long serving band and special guest Pete Brown will be on stage all evening and the musical styles incorporated into his show are as unique as the man himself.
One now expects Timeless Classics, Rockabilly, Gospel, Country, Folk, Electric Rock & Roll all to be interwoven with Joe's effervescent delivery and humorous reminiscences.

John Robert "Joe" Cocker OBE (born 20 May, 1944) is an English rock/blues singer who came to popularity in the 1960s, and is most known for his gritty voice, his idosyncratic arm movements while performing and his cover versions of popular songs, particularly those of The Beatles.
