Most of us want to influence and be inflienced in a positive manner. What are the ground rules that determine if we are successful in this?
It's not a case of making people do what you want them to do by pushing, forcing or telling others what to do.
Influence is all about self awareness. Becoming aware of the affect, effect and inpack you are having, while still being true to yourself. It requires an understanding of the other person, constructing a mutually advantageous outcome, the famous win-win situation.
And remember, you cannot influence others without being open to influence yourself.
Join us understand how to :
