THE NEW GOVERNORS (pictured) are a 4 piece band that you will struggle to box into a genre. Although the name is knew, the band have been together for over a year, under the name of frontman and singer/songwriter Michael Ricketts. The different musical interests of all members have transformed Michael's original work without losing the original concept. Their new songs subtly cross through genre boundaries and fuse them together to make a huge sound that continues to confuse, excite and keep you wanting more. Their debut album is out on October 9th 2009 and will be called 'Make Your Move'. The New Governors invite you to their media world, where you are free to make up your own mind.
