Description
In our On-A-Roll Stroller Fitness classes, moms not only receive the benefits of exercise, but they also enjoy a social aspect. This class gives moms a "guilt-free" option to do something for themselves with the kids "along for the ride." We share our mommy experiences and the kids have a blast! We use the strollers along with resistance tubing to get a full cardiovascular, toning, and stretching workout is a 60 minute class.
