Shimmy Core (Drop-in Mind/Body class) teaches you authentic belly dance technique, while elevating your heart rate during the fast-paced dance combinations. Shimmy Core will tone your chest, back. arms, glutes, thighs, and entire core! We dance to contemporary belly dance nightclub music. We also do fun veil workouts, as well as core strengthening. This class will bring out your sensual side, while working out your physical side!
