Hockey: Avalanche v. Blackhawks (must RSVP by 10-22)

Ok, this event involves pre-payment and is a little more complicated, so bear with me (i.e., harness your ADD and please just read everything): First, here's the PLAN IN A NUTSHELL: - To RSVP "yes," pay me $35 through Meetup.com NO LATER THAN 4:00 pm on Thursday, Oct. 22. (That's a week from today.) - Meet me at 6:00 pm on Friday, Nov. 6 at Braun's Bar and Grill in "The Penalty Box" (the downstairs bar in Braun's). Braun's is across from the Pepsi Center. I will have your ticket. The game starts at 7:00 pm. I will email my cell phone number to ticket holders just in case you can't find me at Braun's. Now for the FAQs section: Q: Hey Amanda, how come I gotta pay you first? A: You must pay first in order to submit a "yes" RSVP. (Crappy, I know, but I'm going to have to spend a few hundred dollars on my credit card at one time for these tickets and I need your money first in order to do that.) Q: Where are we sitting? A: Somewhere in the upper balcony. I will be purchasing the cheapest tickets I can get that will allow us all to sit together. If we have at least 20 people, there is a group rate. Q: What's this about a group rate? A: The tickets might be a few dollars less if I get a group rate, but there have to be at least 20 of us. If the ticket price ends up being slightly less than $35, I will refund you the difference in cash, in person, on the day of the game. I'll bring you my receipts on game day just to prove I'm not overcharging you. Q: Can I get a refund if I pay you and then I have to cancel? A: Sorry, no.
