Description
This class is a gentle class but not always easy! We move our bodies to open the joints, muscles and connective tissue to alleviate stiffness and pain. Whether you are an athlete or yearning to increase your movement and flexibility, this class will help you access the deepest recesses of your being. We use breath, movement and stillness to open to balance! Karen Quinn, CYT, uses her training as a yoga therapist to move safely and gently into release.
