Description
Breathwalk is the practice of combining walking with specific breathing techniques. it is meditative and revitalizing. It improves health, well-being and connects us to our source of inspiration. Clear your mind, sort out emotional turmoil, lift your mood and reconnect with nature! If you can walk and breathe, you can take this class! Please be prepared to walk outside, bring comfortable shoes, hat, sunscreen, etc. PLEASE NOTE: On days where the weather is too cold or too wet to walk outside, WE WILL STILL HAVE CLASS. On those days we will practice revitalizing breathing exercises inside the studio, yoga mat and blankets provided.
