An Arkansas holiday tradition returns with a slate of activities designed to dazzle and delight. Benefiting Arkansas cancer patients, the festival offers everything from a casual âStroll Through the Forestâ of elaborately decorated trees to an elegant, formal âTux ân Treesâ gala.
