We'll have our miniature CrossFit setup at Starbucks on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Concept 2 rower, barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, Olympic lifting platform, squat rack, pull-up bar, rings, parallettes, rolling pad... and most importantly, CROSSFIT KNOW-HOW.
