      Alcona County Fair

      As you may already know, the Alcona Recreation Area (ARA) or “the fairgrounds” as they are commonly known is where the Alcona County Fair is held. A great slate of events and shows are lined up during the day as well as continuing into the evening. The carnival promises to be bigger and better (don’t forget to pre-buy your wristbands) and the petting zoo will be back for a three-day appearance from Tuesday to Thursday.
