This is the story of Skid Row... In 1987 SKID ROW was born in a garage somewhere in Toms River, N.J. Like a bastard child of a thousand maniacs, they relentlessly pounded the New Jersey club circuit; packing houses wherever they performed. Fast forward to 1989.
