Vinyasa Yoga (beginners welcome!

Here at Serenity on the Square, we believe that Yoga should be available to everyone. There is no one on this beautiful planet that is unworthy of this art. It doesn't matter if you have the "right" clothes or even the "right" body. You can be young or old, rich or poor, thin or heavy - or anywhere in between.

We believe that Yoga is a gift. It's the gift of a healthy challenge, a push in the right direction, a feeling of being restored to your natural state, and the gift of connection with yourself. When you walk out of a yoga class at Serenity on the Square, we hope you know yourself a little better, are a little healthier and a little (or a lot!) happier.

All we ask from you is for you to show up with an open mind, ready to try.
