The Utah Hospice and Palliative Care Organization is dedicated to providing sensitive and loving care to those at the twilight of their lives and help for those who love and care for them. Hospice, long-term care, assisted living, hospital and other healthcare professionals attend the conference to learn more about regulation, issues, and trends in hospice care. You will find administrators, medical directors, nurses, social workers, and other hospice professionals from throughout the state at this conference. Our members recognize our ability to provide education and services that meet their professional and educational goals. They come to the conference looking for new information, trends, and answers, and theyll be looking for you.
