Paris Las Vegas hosts a holiday tradition this December as the Nevada Ballet Theatre stages an all-new production of The Nutcracker, December 18-24, 2009 in Le Thatre des Arts.
The Nutcracker is a highly-anticipated holiday event for the whole family, featuring the talented Nevada Ballet Theatres company dancers and more than 100 children from its affiliated academy and the surrounding valley. With over a century of history behind it and a timeless score by Tchiakovsky, The Nutcracker is possibly the most celebrated and popular ballet ever.
My Nutcracker is very traditional, as it should be, explained choreographer Peter Anastos, and celebrates the warmth, joy and fantasy of the holiday season.
Performances are scheduled for 8 pm on Friday, December 18; 2 and 7 pm on Saturday, December 19; 1 and 5 pm on Sunday, December 20 and finally at 1 pm on Thursday, December 24. Purchase tickets for $30-85 at the Paris Box Office, online by clicking here or by calling 1-888-727-4758.
