Dave and Buster's (Pre-Holiday Season event)

This is a Pay to RSVP event, (Pre-pay by Paypal). This is the first time I'm handling reservations this way. It is imperative to have a definite head count one week before the Meetup. This is what has been arranged: We will have the "Viewpoint" Room from 7p.m. - 10p.m.. This room is where we will have our Fajita Dinner Buffet which will include: Grilled fajita steak, Grilled chicken fajita with peppers and onions, Soft flour tortillas, Shredded lettuce, Sliced red onions, Grated cheese, Jalapenos, Black olives, Pico de gallo, Guacamole, Sour cream, Tortilla chips, Queso, Fire-roasted salsa, Black beans, Spanish rice. Unlimited coffee, tea and sodas, includes Fountain Sodas, pink lemonade, coffee, iced tea & hot tea. We will have 3 pool tables, and each person will receive a Power Card (48 chips per card), which comes out to about 15 games. We will have at least 3 designated servers. You can run a bar tab with our servers. You are responsible for handling this tab separately. Feel free to bring as many guest as you'd like, but you will have to pre-pay for them using Paypal, unless they join "Social Singles of Montco." and can RSVP for themselves. Hope you guys talk this up. If it's successful, I hope to do it again come January. Eileen
