This month’s presenters are David and Sharon Prudhomme of Prudhomme’s Lost Cajun Kitchen.

They will prepare cajun pasta w/ chicken, onions, peppers, mushrooms, seasoning and penne pasta, as well as crawfish etouffee.

 

This program highlights a different culture on the fourth Wednesday of each month. A $5 ingredient fee will be collected at the door. (Bates Auditorium)
