Every third Thursday of the month Cabo Taco throws a great party pairing craft beer with some tasty Mexican creations. This month is all about pale ales and Baja treats, so here's the scoop.



$20 for complete food and beer pairing (all beers are served in a 6oz glasses)

Fried masa cup filled with pinto beans and braised pork in a Guajillo chile sauce. Topped with arugula, pickled red onions, and queso fresco.

Shrimp Ceviche
A delicious blend of shrimp, avocado, tomato, red onion, serrano chile, tomato juice, and lime.

Sierra Nevada Estate Home Grown Ale

Street Style Quesadilla
Fresh corn masa stuffed with potatoes and chorizo then fried crisp.

Churros
Light doughnut batter fried then tossed in cinnamon and sugar.
