Tacoma Concert Band

Now in its 27th season, the Tacoma Concert Band has become recognized as the Pacific Northwest's premier symphonic band. An all-volunteer ensemble of 60 of the finest wind and percussion musicians from throughout the Puget Sound region, the TCB performs a repertoire ranging from popular to classical, traditional to avant garde, Stravinsky to Sousa. Its mission is threefold: to provide the community with a professional-quality wind ensemble; to give local musicians a challenging performance opportunity; and to support our region's school music programs.
