The Work of Byron Katie Club February Meetup

We'll start by taking various quotes from Byron Katie's material (Loving What Is) and talk about what that means in and to our life; then we'll take one stressful thought or belief that you have written down for yourself (see the free downloadable worksheets off Byron Katie's website --- http://www.thework.com/resources.asp) and we'll partner up and go through them and we'll start and do one out loud with a volunteer together for the sake of everyone's learning. We'll decide together as we go what's most compelling and works best. You will definitely want to join us if you have thoughts and beliefs that are taking away your peace and serenity and if you want to know who you would be, and how amazing your life would be, without your "story."!!!! (Please keep in mind that this group has no religious affiliation, nor does it promote any sect, cause or denomination). It has only one purpose and that is your peace of mind.
