Steven Schick conducts the second concert of the ''Stravinsky Circus!'' season. Works include Stravinsky's ''Les Noces,'' choreographed by UCSD's Allyson Green and featuring red fish blue fish, and pianist Aleck Karis, Bela Bartok's ''Cantata Profana,'' and two local premieres: David Lang's ''Grind to a Halt'' and Gyorgi Ligeti's daring ''Poeme Symphonique.''
